This website and the Sagi Academy learning community are operated by SAGI ACADEMY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16921727, with its registered office at Office 16114, 182–184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom ("Sagi Academy", "we", "us").
You can reach us at support@sagi.academy or through our contact page.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sagi Academy. By using this website, buying a plan, or joining our Discord community, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
If you do not accept them, please do not purchase or use the service.
Sagi Academy is an online educational community delivered through a private Discord server. Depending on the plan you buy, access may include:
We add new lessons on an ongoing basis. The exact content available may change over time as material is added, updated or replaced.
You must be at least 16 years old to buy a plan. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Access is also subject to Discord's own minimum age requirements and terms.
Access is granted to you personally. You may not share, resell, transfer or publish your invite link or account credentials, and you may not give others access to paid material.
You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for activity that takes place under it.
We currently offer four access plans, each a single one-time payment:
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. If your payment card is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a conversion fee, which we do not control.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never received or stored by us. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects a plan you have already bought.
After your payment is confirmed, we send your private Discord invite link and access instructions by email to the address used at checkout, normally within 5 to 30 minutes.
Your access period begins when your invite is delivered. If you have not received your invite within 30 minutes, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact us and we will resolve it.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Our service is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been delivered to you.
If you give that consent and we deliver your Discord invite, your 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. If you do not give that consent, your withdrawal right is preserved for 14 days and access is delivered after that period, or on withdrawal-waiver at your choice.
We will refund you in full if:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once your Discord invitation has been delivered and you have consented as described in 8.2, the purchase is not otherwise refundable.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
While using the community, you agree not to:
You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while in our server.
All lessons, videos, templates, scripts, graphics, text and other material we provide remain the property of Sagi Academy or its licensors. Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that material for your own learning during your access period.
You may use what you learn in your own work and business. You may not republish, resell or redistribute our materials themselves, in whole or in part.
Sagi Academy provides education and guidance. We do not promise, guarantee or warrant any particular outcome — including income, revenue, follower growth, ad performance, search rankings or business success.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, market, budget and the platforms you use. Nothing on this website or in the community is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
The service depends on third parties we do not control, in particular Discord (community hosting) and Stripe (payment processing). Their availability, terms and privacy practices are their own.
If a third-party platform becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or replace the affected part of the service.
We may suspend or remove your access, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms — in particular by sharing paid material or your invite, or by abusive behaviour toward other members.
Where the breach is minor or capable of being fixed, we will normally warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
You may leave the community at any time.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for your current plan.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms as the service develops or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Changes are not retroactive: the version in force when you bought your plan governs that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, England have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country. We would always prefer you contact us first — most issues are settled quickly by email.
