Access is sent by email within 5 to 30 minutes of payment being confirmed.
Please check your spam and promotions folders first — that's where it usually is.
If it's been longer than 30 minutes, message us on WhatsApp with the email address you
paid with and we'll sort it immediately.
Refunds are available if you did not receive access after paying.
Once your Discord invitation has been delivered, refunds are no longer eligible.
