This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with personal data more generally.

Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot function without them. Everything else — analytics and live chat — is only set if you consent through the cookie banner.
You can change your mind at any time. Declining non-essential cookies does not stop you browsing the site, reading the blog, or buying a plan.

4 Analytics and session recording
Set only with your consent. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and can produce heatmaps and session recordings of page activity.
We use this to find confusing pages and fix them — not to identify you. Microsoft acts as our processor for this data.

5 Live chat
Set only with your consent. Our chat widget is provided by Tidio. It stores an identifier and your conversation state so a reply is not lost if you move between pages or come back later. Tidio also uses your browser's local storage for the same purpose.

6 Payments
Checkout is handled by our payment partner Stripe on their own pages. When you click a plan button you leave sagi.academy and continue on a Stripe checkout page. Any cookies set there are set by Stripe under their own policy, and are necessary to process your payment and to detect fraud. We do not receive your card details, and no Stripe cookie is set on sagi.academy itself.
7 Services that receive data without setting cookies
Some things on our pages are loaded from other companies' servers. They do not place cookies, but your browser must send them your IP address to fetch the file:
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface used across the site.
- jsDelivr — serves the payment-provider logos in our footer.
- Gravatar — serves profile images where comments are shown.
Following a link to Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube takes you to that company's own site, where their cookie policy applies.
8 Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
