This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Sagi Academy plan, and how to ask. It applies to purchases from SAGI ACADEMY LIMITED and sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days from the day you buy to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason. Consumers in the European Economic Area have an equivalent right under EU consumer law.
During that period, if access has not yet been delivered to you, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once that access has been delivered.
If you give that consent and we send your Discord invite, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to that purchase. This is permitted by the Regulations for digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's express consent.
If you do not give that consent, your 14-day right is preserved and you can cancel at any point before access is delivered.
Even if you asked for immediate access and gave up your 14-day statutory right, we still guarantee you 7 days from the date of your payment to change your mind. Contact us within that window and we will refund you in full — no questions asked — and remove your Discord access.
This is a voluntary commitment we make in addition to your legal rights. If you did not waive your 14-day statutory right, that longer protection still applies to you in full (section 2) — this guarantee never shortens it.
After the 7-day guarantee has passed, refunds are only available in the situations listed in section 5.
Regardless of anything above, we refund you in full if:
If your Discord invite has not arrived within 30 minutes, please check your spam and promotions folders first, then contact us — in almost every case we can deliver your access straight away rather than refund you.
Outside the 7-day guarantee in section 4, once access has been delivered and you gave the consent described in section 3, we do not refund:
We may still make an exception at our discretion. If you think your situation is unusual, write to us and explain — we would rather hear from you than not.

You can also reach us through the contact page or on WhatsApp. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment partner Stripe. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
We issue the refund within 7 days of accepting your request. How quickly it appears on your statement then depends on your bank — usually 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are made in euros (€), the currency you were charged in. If your card is in another currency, the amount you receive back may differ slightly from what you paid because of your bank's exchange rate. That difference is set by your bank, not by us.
If you want to move to a longer plan, contact us before buying again — we will help you extend rather than have you pay twice. Where an upgrade is arranged, any adjustment is handled case by case and confirmed with you in writing first.
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always fix the problem faster than a dispute can be processed.
Where a chargeback is raised for a purchase that was correctly delivered, we may provide our payment provider with evidence of delivery and of your consent at checkout, and we may suspend community access while the dispute is open.
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights as a consumer. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — and if it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of this policy.
If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body in your country.
