Billing, access length, upgrades and refunds — answered.

No. Every plan is a single one-time payment for a fixed access period. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored for future charges. When your access period ends, you simply choose whether to buy another plan.
Your access starts from the moment you join the Discord server using the invite we email you — normally 5 to 30 minutes after your payment is confirmed.
Every plan opens the same full course library, so pick based on how long you want access, not how much content you get. If you want to look around first, Monthly is the lowest-commitment way in. If you're settling in for the long run, Semester is the most popular choice at 7.50€ a month. Annual is the cheapest per month at 5€. If you want the VIP role and priority support, choose one of the VIP plans (1 student only).
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@sagi.academy and we'll help you move to a longer plan and extend your access.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely through our payment partner Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices. Your card details are never handled by our website.
Refunds are available if you did not receive access after paying. Once your Discord invitation has been delivered, the product is considered delivered and refunds are no longer eligible. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
